Vendors · Equipment in the platform

Real equipment.
Real performance.

The antennas, radios, cable and filters in noIM₃ are modelled from their manufacturers' own data: radiation patterns, datasheets and performance tables. Engineers design with the equipment that will actually go on site, and vendors can help us keep it exact.

Digital twins of equipment

Parts as working models, not lines in a list

We extract the engineering inside each product, not just its name and part number, and the tools calculate with it directly. It is where a digital twin starts: the equipment, as it really performs.

01

Radiation patterns, cut by cut

Azimuth and elevation cuts with gain, beamwidth, tilt, front to back and polarisation, read from the manufacturer's own pattern files.

02

Radios by mode and channel width

Transmit power, receiver sensitivity and throughput for each modulation and channel width the manufacturer publishes.

03

Loss at every frequency

Attenuation against frequency and power ratings for coaxial cable, and coupling and longitudinal loss along radiating cable.

04

Loss, isolation and spacing

Insertion loss, isolation, channel spacing and power ratings for cavity filters, duplexers, combiners and multicouplers.

05

Power, storage and cooling

Capacity, efficiency and ratings for batteries, inverters, UPS, solar panels and air conditioning, for the site behind the radio.

06

Cameras and networks

Sensor, lens and field of view for cameras, and ports, power over Ethernet and power draw for network equipment.

Checked against itself

A pattern's gain is checked against its beamwidth, its beam against the horizon and its header against its own cuts.

Provenance on every part

Every part says where its values came from, and a value that was never published stays empty rather than guessed.

Differences on the record

When two editions of a file, or a file and its datasheet, disagree, the difference is written on the part.

For vendors

Put your equipment in the design, exactly as it performs

If you make or supply communications equipment, we would like to work with you. The better the data, the better the designs your customers can test before they buy.

  1. 01

    Send us your data

Pattern files, datasheets and radio specifications, in the formats your planning tools already use, such as Planet, NSMA and ADF pattern files.

  2. 02

    We build the model

Each product is modelled from your data and checked against itself. Where a file and its datasheet disagree, we come back to you to confirm which is right.

  3. 03

    Engineers design with it

Your equipment appears in the tools under your name, so engineers see what it does in their design: coverage, link availability, co-siting and exposure.

  4. 04

    It stays current

Send new products, revised patterns and end of life notices as they happen, and the catalogue keeps pace with your range.

Working together

Better data makes better designs

The closer we work with the people who make the equipment, the closer every design gets to what goes on site.

Help engineers design with your equipment

Tell us about your range and the data you hold. We will come back with what we need and how it will appear in the tools.
