A simple three step process

1

Coordinate the frequency

We check the ACMA radiocommunications register around your site and identify a clear channel that meets the interference and coordination requirements for your service.

2

Prepare and lodge

As your accredited person we complete the frequency assignment and lodge the apparatus licence application with the ACMA, along with any licensee or site registration you need.

3

Licence issued

The ACMA issues your apparatus licence. We keep you informed at each step and send you everything you need for your records.

Common questions

Do I need an ACMA client number first?

No. If you are a new or unknown ACMA client, choose the New Licensee service and we will set that up as part of your application.

What does it cost?

Submitting a request is free. We review it and reply with a fixed quote that covers our coordination and lodgement work before anything is charged. ACMA fees are separate and payable to the ACMA.

Which systems can you licence?

Fixed point-to-point links, point-to-area land mobile and base station systems, repeaters, and wide area services. If you are not sure which form fits, send us a request and we will guide you.

What happens after I submit?

Your request comes straight to us. We review the details, coordinate the frequency, and reply to you with a quote and next steps. Have a general question instead? Visit our contact page.
